These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas ("we", "us", "our"), including the Atlas Telegram bot and the useatlasai.org website. By using Atlas, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Atlas is an AI-powered assistant designed for finance, economics, and business students. You may use Atlas for personal, non-commercial purposes including receiving market information, drafting emails and documents, managing reminders, and exploring career opportunities.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not use Atlas for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.

2. AI-Generated Content

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, drafts, summaries, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• Nothing Atlas produces constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
• You should verify any important information before acting on it.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on Atlas's output.

3. Google Account Integration

If you connect your Google account, Atlas will access Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts solely to perform actions you request — such as creating events, saving drafts, and creating documents. We do not store your Google credentials and you may disconnect at any time by revoking access in your Google Account settings.

4. Market & Financial Information

Atlas provides real-time and historical market data, economic news, and financial analysis for informational purposes only. This is not financial advice. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

5. Beta Service

Atlas is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the service at any time. Features may change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All Atlas branding, code, and original content belongs to Atlas. Content you create using Atlas (emails, documents, cover letters) is yours. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Atlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
